June 21st is International Yoga Day, a day on which people worldwide join to honor yoga. a day set aside to spread knowledge of the numerous health advantages of yoga, an ancient Indian form of exercise, both mentally and physically.

'Yoga for Self and Society' is the Yoga 2024 theme. Yoga helps us regain balance in our hectic lives by offering a comprehensive approach to health and wellbeing. Around the world, a number of celebrations and workshops will be held to advance the yoga practice. Annually, this worldwide physical, mental, and spiritual activity is commemorated with the aim of advancing the practice and its advantages for the global community.

Yoga has several advantages for people and society as a whole. Yoga improves physical health by increasing flexibility and lowering stress, anxiety, depression, and productivity. Regular yoga practice promotes inner calm, mindfulness, and self-awareness, which lead to a work-life balance.
